Esteban Blanco , head of the CAE working group of the National Confederation of Associations of Energy and Fluid Installation and Maintenance Companies (CONAIF), and Antonio J Ruiz , representative of the company BETTERGY, have signed a collaboration agreement to facilitate the management, acquisition, and settlement of Energy Saving Certificates (CAE) for the installation companies of the 72 associations, guilds, and federations integrated into CONAIF, to which they are entitled by implementing energy-saving measures in their clients’ facilities.
To this end, and among other measures, BETTERGY, in its role as a Delegated Entity of the CAE System, provides CONAIF members with a web platform for the calculation, registration, and payment of CAEs generated by the installation companies, a process in which they will be assisted by qualified professionals.
Additionally, under this agreement, the technology company offers installation companies other complementary actions for the identification, evaluation, calculation, and submission of supporting documentation to the Administration for the recognition, obtaining, and verification of CAEs.
In the coming days, online training sessions will begin, conducted by BETTERGY, on Energy Saving Certificates and the use of its web platform by installation companies. On July 2nd, there will be a session for CONAIF associations, guilds, and federations, and on July 17th, another for their associated installation companies interested in benefiting from this agreement.
The General Director of CONAIF expressed her satisfaction with this collaboration with BETTERGY, “which represents a firm and determined commitment to energy efficiency and the improvement of the competitiveness of the installation companies that are part of our collective and act as agents of the CAE System.”
The Energy Saving Certificates System, implemented by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, emerges as a mechanism for saving and providing financial support to energy efficiency actions, with the installer playing a crucial role in executing them.
