energy consumption information into action through our Digital <a href=\"https:\/\/www.energysequence.com\/\">EnergySequence<\/a> platform, enabling them to save costs and become more sustainable.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seniorsresidencias.es\/es\/\">Seniors<\/a> are residences for the elderly, founded as a family-owned company<br \/>a family business that started its activity in 1998, with the construction of its first residence for the elderly, and opened its doors to the public in 1999.<\/p><p>Seniors&#8217; residences for the elderly invest in the improvement and implementation of state-of-the-art computer systems and in the latest medical and care innovations to facilitate the work of its professionals.d<\/p><h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BETTERGY&#8217;S ACTIONS<\/span><\/h5><p>Bettergy is working in the 16 centers they currently have.<\/p><p>The first of the actions that have been carried out has been a real-time monitoring of the consumption of each of the centers.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54a618;\"><em>What cannot be measured, cannot be improved, and in this spirit<\/em><\/span>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seniorsresidencias.es\/es\/calidad\/#calidad-seccion-certificados\">Residencias Seniors<\/a><\/strong> will be able to:<\/p><ul><li>Keep a <strong>real-time control of their consumption<\/strong>, allowing, through a series of alerts, the detection of inefficiencies and consumption outside working hours in order to improve it.<\/li><li>Validate consumption billed by the energy trading company.<\/li><li>Obtaining data and consumption profiles quickly and easily in order to analyze them in order to obtain new energy saving measures.<\/li><\/ul><p>Then, and according to the European Directives <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/LSU\/?uri=celex:32012L0027#:~:text=El%20objetivo%20de%20la%20Directiva%202012%2F27%2FUE%20era%20mejorar,de%20eficiencia%20energ%C3%A9tica%20para%20lograrlo.\">27\/2012\/EU<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2016-1460\">RD 56\/2016,<\/a> an <a href=\"https:\/\/bettergy.es\/en\/2019\/11\/04\/la-auditoria-energetica-requisitos-y-ventajas-2\/\">Energy Audit<\/a> has been carried out with the highest quality standards, which will allow you to establish a roadmap towards savings and continuous improvement.<\/p><h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">RESULTS<\/span><\/h5><p>The audit has been completed with an <strong>energy analysis in all the facilities that Residencias Seniors<\/strong> has, through our digital platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.energysequence.com\/\">EnergySequence<\/a>, which has reduced time and costs, in addition to improving the results of the audit.<\/p><p>By performing these audits, <a href=\"https:\/\/bettergy.es\/en\/\">Bettergy<\/a> has quantified the <strong>energy consumption<\/strong>, making a disaggregation both by energy source and by type of consumer element.<\/p><p>Based on this information, the cost and emissions associated with such consumption have been quantified.In addition, a study of the inventory and the current state of the energy consuming installations of all the centers has been carried out.<\/p><p>All this information will be used by Residencias Seniors as a starting point for <strong>continuous monitoring of consumption and for making decisions<\/strong> on actions to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint.<\/p><p>Another of the actions carried out by Bettergy has been the <strong>unification of electricity contracts<\/strong> with a 100% renewable energy guarantee for all the Senior Residences centers.<\/p><p>Through this action, the energy consumed in Residencias Seniors will be supplied from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/solar.bettergy.es\/\">renewable sources<\/a><\/strong>, reducing to 0 the emissions associated with electricity consumption.<\/p><p><strong>Through this action, Residencias Seniors will obtain savings of \u20ac67,660 per year.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bettergy is an organization committed to changing the current energy model.
